MAYBANK KILL SWITCH, what happend to their 24hr cs line

Something happened and i activate the killswitch via app. Now i visit their branch Me and their staff trying to call their 24hr cs line 1300 88 6688 Both of us cant get through.
THE LINE IS NOT IN SERVICES.
Anyone facing this issue as well? Did anyone know what happened to their line?

Yes.
Yesterday evening did a Maker transfer. Login Checker didn't didn't see the transfer. Then went back to Maker make another same transfer thought must be my mistake. Back to Checker finally got it, approved through Secure2u. Check transaction, shows I transferred twice to the same payee!
Been calling hotline until this morning all not in service. Called the branch this morning, the lady said nothing I can do. Suggest me to try calling their hotline.
Drop them an email until now no response.
