Under contract cannot port out. This is common sense.

Beware of SMS messages from DiGi during port out as they have word is differently for u to accept another contract renewal.

I received this during port out from Maxis. 2 SMS messages. One from Maxis stating they would give better offers and whatever if u type in Yes and another if u willingly want to port out. Type Yes for the last question. Once done, the new Telco will take over.

If u type in Yes for the earlier question, your contract will be extended and the port out rejected. Sneaky bastards.

Digi very very bad service. i requested for montly statement for one whole year so simple request they drag me like to two weeks no respond no email no respond me all i log case to complain said nobodty follow up they said send to second level said someone will call me witihin two days till one weeks still nobodt called me

I port out YES within a month after I sign for it. Really bad bad coverage where people can't call you most of the time. Show normal but no line. The coverage in the mall or building also very bad. If you want a budget line, can consider the Hotlink plan, it's the same at Rm35/mth

If I do have contract that Im not aware, they can mention during the phonecall. But no, they didn't mention anything , ask me to pay the hotbill, all clear, then reject my port out request.

I'm really bummed by this. Anyone else have encountered this issue?

Sing up with contract?

In your bill should show ur contract tenure no?

during earlyv time digi is very good...
but this few year all down the drain....
that why after almost 20++ year with them...
i port to maxis....

No issues though

Most if not all telcos here will play tactics to stall or make portouts difficult.

Had it with Maxis and after involving MCMC, they finally relented.

Thanks . Visited the store today. They say just ignore. Coz no already deactivated in system. But today still got msg from digi say unsuccessful. Kek. Their system GG
