Hey guys. Just want to vent .
I was a Digi customer for the longest time.
was on postpaid 58, but monthly now reaching 80+ , dunno why.
now porting out and change to YES,
already paid outstanding bill - RM80 +
then they request to pay "hotbill", maybe prorated stuff, rm 23 plus.
they also called n say why want to change, we can offer u better plans etc.
but i ignore n say yes i want to port out.
then suddenly they say port out request rejected due to not fulfill contract obligation , and then they straight shut off my line . Ended up no line when i was hiking yesterday.
my question is,
1. If i do have a contract and port out rejected, why they shut off my line completely?
2. my YES manage to activate, so no choice have to insert new SIM.
3. Already paid so much to terminate my line, yet they still won't let me go. FYI my line is not with phone, my phone i buy myself, should be no contract whatsoever.
If I do have contract that Im not aware, they can mention during the phonecall. But no, they didn't mention anything , ask me to pay the hotbill, all clear, then reject my port out request.
I'm really bummed by this. Anyone else have encountered this issue?
