Actually suffering already , ayanna 50 % unsold , veladaz 20% unsold, flora 30% , maple also 30+% , can see all demand slow down

Surprisingly kingswood only 20% unsold, i think alot of young generation buy small unit

I check from kpkt website, should be quite accurate, sometimes developer and sales team like to blow lol, ya actually exsim result is good , i assume sold 80% they can open another new project , thats y they dare to launch ?
