Dear all,

Since May - July, my credit card that linked with Grab apps had been charged with multiple unauthorized transaction. So I did what sane people did, lodge a dispute to my CC provider., and cancel my card. My CC provider then liaised with Grab, and I got my refund.

The problem is Grab system held me accountable for all those that happen. They still let me use their apps, but they limit all form of payment, even cash. In short, I can access their apps, order this and that, but I can't pay with anything at all, so in the end, I still can't use it. I tried calling them, and they emailed me with follow-ups, as attached. Feels like this is a classic case of big corporation bullying their customer. I thought of complaining to BNM, but it seems like Grab is not under their jurisdiction. Any other portals I can lodge complain to? or is it gone case already?
