Some SG companies operating in Malaysia already offer flexi work scheme such as the option to work from home (you can apply it like annual leave). Malaysian companies as usual slow to adapt. Nonetheless, it is a good initiative by the Government to promote this. I still hope they push for a max 40 hours per week before next GE.
