Need urgent advice and help from sifus in this forum to resolve my issue.
I am unable to complete CelcomDigi (formerly Yoodo) replacement sim card activation due to unsuccessful facial scan step. Their facial scan require you to place your face in the outlined big oval and your eyes in the 2 outlined eye ovals. I have tried numerous times but was never successful even though I did manage to place my face and eyes in the outlined ovals, make sure well lighted and colour contrast adhered to. It just keeps telling me "Oops error occurred".
A ticket was raised on 27/11/2024 for this issue but to-date no resolution whatsoever received for this issue. Request for support personnel to contact me is also ignored thus far.
I have waited since 22/11/2024 since ticket raised to unsuspend my line due to lost sim card over the weekend, then replacement sim order and sim card delivery on 27/11/2024, now stuck at the activate sim card stage. It is great inconvenience having to carry out day to day operations without a phone line. My patience is exhausted.
This is my last ditch attempt to resolve the issue. If not resolved, will lodge complaint with MCMC and say goodbye to yoodo. It is a sad fact that customer loyalty is obviously not appreciated nowadays.
