You can do reject delivery and it will be categorized as "Failed delivery" and return back to seller.
For Change of Mind return, you will have to drop off to the nearest drop off point as according to Shopee app's instruction.

yeah. sometimes i forgot to packing the stuff, then the courier arrived, i just ask my maid to pass to them also can wor. if u drop off, they need proper packaging iirc right?

I got issue about shopee
Ayam order ssd from tmt yesterday morning

Then at night, ayam see that item moar cheaper 20 % cheaper after discount. Fast delivery than i order the morning.  Same shop tmt same item ssd.

when i check the tracking. tmt still not accepting my order.
So i cancel the order and make new order.

Then this morning i check tmt reject my cancellation n now i got 2 same item

So can help me if anyone got same issue

Yesterday lagi la, expected receive is 5 Dec. Order  status still on order placed
That why ayam cancel n reorder with cheaper price

Weird. Shopee usually cancel my order immediately if seller didn't assign tracking no. yet.
And seller doesn't have any say in that.
