Here's a situation.
Suspect water leak in the bathroom.
I ask the apartment management whether they can arrange someone to fix the leak, then charge the bill to me.
Management says no. Can't help.
Is this standard practice for all apartments?
Is there any company that do such service (handle any sort of apartment repair) without me finding every contractor myself?

I think the norm is usually the management can help to pass contacts to the owners to direct deal.

That is why management usually don't offer repair inside unit to avoid future problem

at least the management should help me find a contractor, at least they know some contacts with approved certification.

You may want the management to help you with your internal unit issues, but actually they don't. They only have to step in if the issues affect other units or the common areas.
