Here's a situation.
Suspect water leak in the bathroom.
I ask the apartment management whether they can arrange someone to fix the leak, then charge the bill to me.
Management says no. Can't help.
Is this standard practice for all apartments?
Is there any company that do such service (handle any sort of apartment repair) without me finding every contractor myself?

they can't pass me any contacts.

at least the management should help me find a contractor, at least they know some contacts with approved certification.
