Anyone encounter a spoiled sim card before ? Not able to make phone calls, etc, but can see the full bar there... Where do u guys change it ? Which maxis center u go to ? I call up Maxis and its not very helpful, only suggest me to go Cheras there... didnt give me other options.

yes, same thing, thats why im so sure its the sim card issue

maxis/hotlink can just get replacement simcard from kiosk, at the center.

self can do as long as you are the owner as the machine has a biometric scanner to confirm its you

Just visit maxis center there’s a kiosk machine to do sim replacement with your MYKAD.

Alternative now maxis app able to convert to eSIM
