i don't think any one of us at any point in time when we went shopping with the billion did we expect to be where we are today - which in my very humble opinion - quite the miracle, as miraculous as Sanchez god-mode in the CWC final

It really is a miracle. People with 1 billion to spend would most likely buy big names n established players, not likely to go full youth level n build uo from there.
