Old Town Kopitiam has been shitty for a long time

It was only good in the first few years when it started

Last time their only major competitor was PapaRich but PapaRich already chaplap

When they start to franchise, the quality starts to drop

Actually, they have become shitty even before sold to the foreign company. That’s why last time when the foreign company announced takeover, a lot of people say they are waterfish to the original owners.

The quality deteriorated when their toast began to get thinner and thinner. Their toast from the beginning are different and smaller but they started to slice the toast thinner until today some biscuits also more thicker than their toast.

Last time, their prices used to be ok. I remember they used to have RM5.99 for their toast, coffee and eggs set. Not cheap but still affordable for the better environment. Today it’s more than RM10.
