Need rebranding to less Chinese sounding name if aiming for mass appeal.

tbh, i like their foods

Lesser OldTown outlets since so many koiptiam becomes franchise

Old Town Kopitiam crying

oldtown focus on selling vending machine & instant coffee now ....the food totally cant compete anymore.

Hock Kee kind of expensive for muslim friendly food. average RM 20 per person for meh food quality

their food so-so oni lar....
but more expensive than Oriental

tak sedap compared to oriental.

Old Town Kopitiam has been shitty for a long time

It was only good in the first few years when it started

Last time their only major competitor was PapaRich but PapaRich already chaplap

When they start to franchise, the quality starts to drop

rm29 for a plate of nasi lemak ayam, rm24 for bihun siam with ayam..

meanwhile my bihun siam with 2 hot dog rm4 at morning market..

chainis very rich

even when they have no competition.. their quality getting worse.

in fact when they should have evolved and improve their food.
