how much can he fetch for his current kit?

T17-50 RM1200-1300( if it's 3 months old,brand new grey is RM1350, local is RMaround RM1500) 430EX RM750-800 (brand new is around RM1050) |

Ok. So the T17-50 + 350D body can only fetch a 18-200VR (New) in return.
430EX may be able to swap a SB600. Who's paying for the D40X body? |

ok, now saying he's convinced to switch - what advantage does he get by spending the additional stuff to go for a new Nikon set when the $$$ could be used to get additional lens and other stuff?
the resale value of what kevin613 stated is the norm but will he get that price? |
