And need to compensate whatever building structure that needed repair

The compensation is really a lot

Geohan done so many projects, even my recent project also didn't put in. Lately their tender prices also gone over the roof, likely because they refuse to absorb so many works.

Probably in website highlight 'bigger' projects too.

Very few property or construction ppl here, mostly IT, know nothing property agents, fakeass savvy traders or investors, political goons and sial punya insurance agents.

The first thing they see major crack, they terus conclude either the developer or the main builder problem (i.e. shoddy work) on why the building koyak. Fact is, it is more complex than that.
