MYEG sendiri mempunyai saham yang lebih besar berbanding Khazanah dan PNB sebelum ini. Tidak pula MYEG menjual kepentingannya serendah RM3 juta? Ada sesuatu tidak kena. Yang jual serendah RM3.1 juta ialah Khazanah dan PNB tetapi yang salah Vivy Yusof dan suaminya? Bukan Vivy yang mengarahkan Khazanah dan PNB menjual kepentingan mereka.

Kedudukan terbaru Fashion Valet tidak jauh berubah hanya NXBT Partnes Sdn Bhd saja pemegang saham baharu selepas membeli saham Khazanah dan PNB. Rugi ya tetap rugi cuma kerugian meningkat kepada RM34.5 juta selepas cukai. Walaupun jualan tahunannya RM112 juta untuk tahun 2023

Sekalipun rugi pihak yang melabur lama seperti TS Wong MyEG tidak pula melupuskan saham mereka dalam Fashion Valet? Jadi mengapa Khazanah dan PNB menjual saham mereka dengan nilai RM3.1 juta? Jika dulu melabur RM47 juta mengapa Khazanah dan PNB menjual serendah itu?

Syarikat NXBT Partners Sdn Bhd membeli saham Khazanah dan PNB semurah RM3.1 juta dimiliki Afzal Abdul Rahim, CEO TIME dotCom Bhd. Sekali lagi dalam rekod menunjukkan syarikat pemegangan pelaburan yang dikawal oleh Afzal Abdul Rahim ini sebuah syarikat yang rugi.



Apa hubungan Afzal Abdul Rahim, CEO TIME dotCom Bhd dengan Khazanah? Afzal merupakan kroni kesayangan kepada Khazanah!

Khazanah memegang 32.34% pegangan dalam TIME dotcom Bhd, setakat 22 Julai tahun ini sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung. Melalui Pulau Kapas Ventures Sdn Bhd (Khazanah), Global Transit International Sdn Bhd (GTI) dan Megawisra Investment memegang 25%.





KHAZANAH ARAH AFDZAL ABDUL RAHIM BELI FASHION VALET YANG RUGI

Afzal Abdul Rahim, Pulau Kapas Ventures Sdn Bhd, NXBT Partners Sdn Bhd dan TIME dotCom Bhd tidak pernah terlibat dalam Fashion Valet Sdn Bhd namun tiba-tiba Khazanah dan PNB menjual saham mereka semurah RM3.1 juta kepada Afzal Abdul Rahim. Tidak mengapa Khazanah dan PNB rugi RM43.9 juta yang penting kepentingan Khazanah sudah terjual. Kerajaan rugi tetapi Afzal Abdul Rahim membeli dengan diskaun lebih banyak.

Mengapa Afzal Abdul Rahim sanggup membeli saham Fashion Valet itu walau tahu syarikat itu rugi lebih RM30 juta untuk tahun 2023? Mungkinkah beliau perlukan syarikat hasil tahunannya lebih RM 100 juta dan juga kerugian syarikat puluhan juta untuk pelepasan cukainya? Atau mungkin juga beliau mahu menstruktur semula Fashion Valet.

Jawapannya lain ialah kenang budi Afzal Abdul Rahim kepada Khazanah yang menguntungkan TIME dotCom Bhd jadi Afzal Abdul Rahim perlu membalas balik Khazanah walau dapat ‘cash cow’ RM3.1 juta. Untung jual saham TIME dotCom saja RM357 juta apalah sangat RM3.1 juta!

Terdapat sumber Afzal Abdul Rahim mengarahkan Vivy Yusof dan suaminya Fadzaruddin meletak jawatan meninggakan Fashion Valet. Vivy Yusof dan Fadzaruddin tidak perlu akur meletak jawatan kerana mereka merupakan pengasas syarikat . Jika Afzal Abdul Rahim mahu membeli saham Fashion Valet dia sepatutnya mengemukakan tawaran bukan dengan cara kotor menggunakan saham Khazanah dan PNB untuk merampas Fashion Valet. Nilai harga rendah RM3.1 juta oleh Afzal memudahkan mereka untuk memaksa Vivy Yusof, suami dan Dato’ Yusof menjual saham mereka lebih rendah selain menghukum dengan persepsi rakyat kerugian dana kerajaan itu

SPRM digesa menyiasat Afzal Abdul Rahim bagaimana beliau boleh mendapat saham itu daripada Khazanah dan PNB? Siapa dalam Khazanah dan MOF meluluskan penjualan saham mereka. Bukankah ini jelas satu ‘kepentingan’Conflict of Interest’ Afzal Abdul Rahim dengan Khazanah? sanggup rugi tetapi untung saham dalam syarikat TIME dotCom Bhd.

SPRM boleh menyiasat di bawah Seksyen 165 Kanun Keseksaan jika ada penjawat awam daripada MOF atau Khazanah menerima benda berharga tanpa balasan yang mencukupi. Sekalipun rugi Afzal tetap membeli saham Fashion Valet kerana arahan pegawai MOF atau Khazanah kerana beliau sudah mendapat manfaat keuntungan ratusan juta bersama Khazanah di TIME dotCom Bhd.

Menyalahkan Vivy Yusof hanya satu strategi menutup kesalahan pegawai MOF dan Khazanah kerana jelas Fashion Valet memang rugi dalam tempoh 10 tahun tetapi Khazanah tetap memberi dana kepada Fashion Valet. Siapa yang meluluskan RM47 juta kepada Fashion Valet? dan hari ini sekali lagi siapa pegawai MOF dan Khazanah yang meluluskan kerajaan menjual saham bernilai RM47 juta itu dengan nilai paling teruk RM3.1 juta? Siapa Pegawai MOF ke? Pengarah Urusan Khazanah ke? Ini sepatutnya diburu.

Jangan sampai ada pihak mendedahkan Afzal Abdul Rahim pernah menjual syarikatnya di Thailand bernilai lebih RM700 juta. Ada bayar cukai di Thailand dan Malaysia? Duit itu dibawa balik ke Malaysia?

Dalam beberapa siri pelaburan Khazanah kepada syarikat lain banyak juga yang rugi.
