1. Call the telco (i assume celcomdigi) and ask them why. Note everything down from whoever answered your call to how long has this been taking place.2. Report to MCMC via website/call, make sure to get the report number.
3. Call telco again and mention that you have reported this to MCMC for investigation. Take note of the duration taken for them to resolve.
4. If elapsed, update MCMC.
either they will get back to you with some rebate promo, or they will remove the contract, or both.
