They already shipped the replacement. So it is a free replacement, could have opted for a full refund as well.
Well it’s good if you couldn’t see the difference, but to me when side by side the clarity and colours are not the same with nano texture. Especially text clarity is more apparent to me.
If you watch some of the YouTube videos of them side to side, at certain angle and light you can also see the washed out colours.
But yes, you definitely won’t have as much eye fatigue on nano since glossy reflection strains the eye.

Hope they improve on the nano in later generations, I’d jump on that if they improved on the text clarity.

No, I shipped it back first and only after they received it they ship the replacement to me.
And they didn’t reject my return unit because they have already ship out my replacement unit.
I did call the CS first before initiating the return replacement procedure.
Trading in is different, you pay for the new item and they ship it to you, then only you post back your old item and then they refund you the trade in price.

Got my laptop, amazing with the nano-display, no issue for reading text in long hours, chose silver to avoid difficult maintenance,how come the laptop doesn't show any sound and no heat at all after long hours, not sure if it is still new

how do you find using the nano texture display after a couple of months? are there any scratches so far on the nano texture which people apparently say has a fragile surface?
