M4 Mac Mini still can buy?

I still have one intel MBP 2015 diy upgrade to 512GB SSD
Boot camp installed Win11 running for easy office tasks, YouTube and web surfing
can’t believe this machine already 10 years old

Recently I want to get a desktop can run both macOS and Window
I think Macmini is the one..

even after 8 mths the cheapest price is EDU pricing 2.1K base model
Not so much discount even though it’s already consider cheapest M4 Mac

my 10 years 2015 MBP 8GB ram, I wish i had 16GB

is M5 Mac Mini soon release 2026? i doubt also bcos M4 recently year just launched
