Yeah I agree with you, it’s quite on the high side, although I pretty like this development.

Bigger unit layout are great but the price... phew....

I just brought a unit on the opposite side - Ren
After looking through the pros & cons against the price
Felt a bit more value for money there for my budget range.

Ren layout & location is more towards an ownstay product.
I doubt anyone will buy as a investment.
If investment definitely got other choices such as kingswoods, queenswoodz, vividz, avantro, rainfora.

I not sure on this and it is very subjective, even with QLASSIC 85% also can be defective. There is no 100% quality assurance, a project involve too many parties and peoples, so the most important is whether they are responsive to your defect or not. Most of the reputed developers will not sacrifice their reputation, i said most, not all.

Berjaya properties appreciation is bad, for ownstay I think okla if you don't mind the price location is good

Yes mainly for own stay, for the location

Don’t expect high appreciation as the entry price is high
