Just came back from showroom, project looks interesting but golf view seems like will be blocked by future Berjaya projects although SA claim that it will not be.
Pricing quite steep at RM850++ per sq ft after discount. |

You can forget about what they show you in gallery and all the artist impression , all I can say is just buy if u like location. Coming from Tropika experience, the real end product is like they promise you sky but give you longkang. Don’t take my word for it, u can visit Tropika yourself. The workmanship , the Interior design and aesthetic, no diff from their Rumah WIP only. If expecting Malton’s Park / Sunway/ Exim / Skywold standard, you will be greatly disappointed.
