Heard Berjaya is constructing this project themselves. Any insight with their construction quality?

Just came back from showroom, project looks interesting but golf view seems like will be blocked by future Berjaya projects although SA claim that it will not be.

Pricing quite steep at RM850++ per sq ft after discount.

. 2 Blocks with total density of 350 units.

. Maintenance Fee 0.46 (Including sinking fund)
. Oaka project land size 2.2 acre

Unless you choose the other side which is kl city view?

Thanks for the honest advice. Left with KL view which is the very small Type A or the 1.2mil Type C.

My current place is facing KL city/Kesas. Depends on the development, maybe Tower B or else wait for Phase 2.

You can forget about what they show you in gallery and all the artist impression , all I can say is just buy if u like location. Coming from Tropika experience, the real end product is like they promise you sky but give you longkang. Don’t take my word for it, u can visit Tropika yourself. The workmanship , the Interior design and aesthetic, no diff from their Rumah WIP only.

If expecting Malton’s Park / Sunway/ Exim / Skywold standard, you will be greatly disappointed. Tropika also 800psf . Take caution
