Bought some branded items on Lazada but they sent unbranded versions. Complained, but Lazada sided with seller and refused to refund. How to file case with the relevant ministry department? Because you get free, so you support them. You never encountered case like TS.

Lazada say they have return/refund policy. After you submit request, they require seller to approve first. Then all these mess happens if seller does not approve. For Shopee. TRUE no questions asked. I find that Lazada staff not helpful on these matters and tends to side the sellers.

my colleague bought crocodile from fake website, only realized fake product when the open the parcel, COD, not tracking parcel. cant refund. the website so real.

Lazada - from what I know, if it's Mall seller we don't need their approval.
If it's not Mall seller, need approval. I initiated a return recently.

So far i have 2 good Shopee returns experience. Both sent wrong items problem. And both i sent back the next day and got refunded after the package was scanned at Poslaju.

My experience with lazada so far is actually very good.
Think 2 or 3 times returned items. And never face any issue.
Choose to return item n courier came pick up on the next day.

Boo Laz , they block my 2nd acc which I was still buying and not faking anything like scammers do . So I told them , and they still keep blocking me . Fed-up , just moved to ship-tee . Now , guess who get more traffic and my $$$$

Lazada Refund very slow …..only kept pending 1week still not refund issued…..after refund issued still need wait bank there 5-15 days if like this +- 1month + still duno can done or now…..WTH Lazada ……Shopee no this problem.

My return delivered on 14 Dec. Till now 10 days still no update.

Having the same issue here, my return item arrived at lazada warehouse on 17th December, untill now they still haven't check the item. Seller told me talk to lazada, lazada say will inform warehouse. Until now still same status, nothing has changed.

Any government agency I can report the matter to so that lazada will actually do the work?

LazadaMall now can be use by scammer.. it happen to me. after purchase.. not that long, the shop deactivated..
