 Etiqa Car Insurance (Drive Less Save More), Help I think my insurer is broken.

I have been using DLSM since a year ago, I never got any extra payment.

You mean they did 3 separate transactions in total your bank account? No, never happened. Always the amount they bank in is exact to RM0.01 difference due to rounding.
