Maybank2u Biz, Share receipt

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone else who uses Maybank2u Biz as a maker, have you been having issue with the share receipt button in the app?
Past few days ive been unable to share receipt directly from the app, clicking the button doesnt do anything..
When login on web browser as checker, only non-maybank transactions have the option to retrieve the receipt from M2U Transactions option..
Anyone else facing this issue?
I want to try reinstalling the app, but im scared will have to rebind the device and go thru all that bullshit again.

Never had any issue both my accountant end (make) and approval (my end). Did you update it to latest version?

It just suddenly happened for the past 2-3 days.. app updated to latest on both maker and checker... Called maybank, and reported it.. apparently not the first to complain about this..

I have the exactly same issue right now, have you found a solution yet? Have to resort to screenshots.

For me, the checker is unable to share the receipt after approving. I have to use the maker's device to get it.

I am the maker and I can't share my receipt after approval, there seems to be no way to download it, I only want to send it to myself so I can print it out.

been happening since last month... this is the 2nd month its happened. my partner and i both cant share receipts from the app

After opening this thread, i did call Maybank and made a report on this, they requested screenshots and phone info etc.
I was told they have received multiple reports on this issue.
My maker and checker both using Samsung's both have same issue.
We have temporarily resorted to using screenshots and cropping and sharing/saving that way.
I did ask them why only Interbank/Duitnow transfers receipts (pdf) can be downloaded from the checker login on WEB, Maybank-maybank transfers, no button to print receipt...
They said they are slowly removing this from the WEB, and moving it all to the app....
Really annoying, increasing steps to save transfer receipts... missing the days when i can just do everything on a PC, now need to fiddle about with my phone and upload to GDrive and such to save a copy for record purposes.

UPDATE: tried clear cache/data, uninstall, reinstall, nothing helped!

Same here. On both phones (Samsung). It happened since last month. Had to screenshot instead of PDF, which is not really professional.

Ya same, tried clearing cache and force stop, issue still persists.
Can't believe they are taking so long to get this issue fixed, or are they actually fixing it?

Experiencing the same thing. Annoying as shit as the print out copy doesnt come out as clear if i were to screenshot. Hoping an update fixes it, tried reinstalling but still not working. Samsung s23u
