T1 T5 T10 T15 T20 all determined by data... if you dun declare and all hide in tin can under bed, safe inside room or even better get safe house with safe.
Even a T1 can look like M40 This is why many T1 to T20 die die dun want to register PADU. They rather people dun know they are T1-T20 and keep quiet. How you think gov so clever can decide 2% dividend tax for 2025. They got data and you can guess where that data comes from. Only the T* group will buy more then 200k shares in Maybank. The upper level M40 even if they buy also 5 - 10k shares at most. |

QUOTE(foofoosasa @ Oct 23 2024, 05:56 AM) Actually wat Is the household income range for Why u want to do it the hard way. Consumption tax is the natural way that will efficiently tax more on those who have higher spending power, hence the real maha kaya. Why gov want to susah susah define this T category. Think about itT1 T5 T10 T15 simply guess and no official figure also. Or wait from rafizi come out his magic number. Any /k definition or proper statistic figure since many sherlock here. |

QUOTE KUALA LUMPUR, May 30 — How much do you need to be in the top 1 per cent of your country’s population in terms of wealth? Here you go. T1 should not get any subsidy. RM2.2mil but complain about petrol price.Just US$485,000 (or over RM2.2 million using today’s currency rates) in net wealth in Malaysia is all it takes for you to be categorised as the richest one per cent here, or to be richer than 99 per cent of the Malaysian population, according to property consultancy Knight Frank’s latest report. |

Its likely they won't get any subsidy anyways, so they don't bother lo. |
