While some B40 happy they get benefit from the gov, the upper class (hence in this case, T15) got even more benefit as they control a lot of things (economically). Yes, they pay more taxes, but they also enjoy 'better' living standard (that goods and services provided by M40 & B40 group).
Just B40 too narrow minded, can't see only.

QUOTE(Imp Bron @ Oct 23 2024, 06:43 AM) https://www.dosm.gov.my/portal-main/release...alaysia--statesI tried to estimate using chat gpt. Based on median income, Top15% = 14k and top 50 richest wealth growth to get the idea of the graph. But my chat gpt reach limit Household income 14k honestly not a lot. If 2 person husband and wife it means only 7k per person. So /k 20k per months means approaching T5?

From the other thread about tax payer ranking, it seems to me that the better way to judge earnings isn't the annual income, but the taxes paid since it already covers deductions as needed. So about RM10K income tax.
But just income tax isn't enough, as there's too many untracked. Probably need to check dividends as well for those passive earners.
Oh wait.

U think t15 just lay back and doing nothing to get paid as t15? They deserve better standard since they work for it.. Hahahaha

Hey, you missed the part where you explain where how you going to get the 'pendapatan kasar' from. Obviously it cannot be based on salary slip.
Say a retiree who has no work income has 2M in EPF and 2M is ASNB, He will roughly get dividend income of 200k per year. Are you taking this into account? I doubt it.
