Passed by the site yesterday on my way to Metropark along Fed Highway. Looked like some piling going on. Access to the site is through a tunnel under elevated overhead ramp. Looked like some sort of steel reinforcement being done to protect the ramp.

I am agent selling this project, so far customers feel the price is more attractive compared to the surrounding projects (especially Metropark), but also some feel the completion year 2029 is too long for them.
