I bought mine from a lowyat forumer in his showroom in ss2
quite cheap RM38 but it's not really stable after you extend fully....

how about FZ50 ? the LCD is free angle similar with S5IS

i now headache of choosing this 2 models, FZ18 and FZ50
any FZ50 owner here?

btw, how much for FZ50 ?

Quite detailed information on the TZ3. Now I know, the best is to use 1 to 1.5X zoom for macro and stick to 9.5X zoom for best results. I'm sure this will help the other tz3 users here. This discovery will allow macro shots closer than 5cm. What about the other Panasonic cams?

FZ18 got manual focus but LCD cannot move.

A moveable LCD may sound good, but if you're not careful ...... you'll visiting the service center soon.

cypher : why is it good to manual focus?

Fz18 has this manual focus feature also wert. but it's different from slrs

question guys... i'm using panasonic FX100... it seems at night i take pics in the living room at a party its kinda blur... especially taking natural pics like ppl laughing n toking... their faces seems to move n the camera can't take nice pics, its blur.... how can i take nice natural pics of ppl without blur... i use the sports mode n its useless...

thanx in advance...

ohhhh n i din use flash coz wif flash its background is not as nice...juz use the intelligent mode n snap wif it....

How to do the slow shutter in daylight with the TZ3? Night mode seems to know there's alot of light and will not open the shutter for a long time.\

FZ50 is no more stock for last 2 months from panasonic already. Actually I am waiting FZ60 coming out to replace FZ50. They said come out end of Dec 07 or early month of 08. I really cant wait it biggrin.gif
