But somehow my apple app keep showing my vo2 max is only 27. But treadmill and indoor cycle show my range around 41-43. So i want to really improve my vo2 max on apple app by deciding to jog /run outdoor. Can recommend good our door running shoes and model?

It depends on the type of run you're going to do (easy, tempo, interval, long run, race day), different shoes serve different purposes. If daily trainer, Novablast and Nimbus lineup should do the job fine.

using decathlon, cheap and good enough for casual runs 5-10km. however consider more upmarket running shoes for longer distances asics and nb is not bad. use to have under armour until they discontinue their connected shoes

New Balance - 1080 if normal feet - 860 if overpronation

i have flat foot and i run like 5-10k daily, should i get the Gel-Kayano 30 or Gel- Nimbus?
Get kayano. Or GT 2000-12. Nimbus iinm is for neutral feet.
Ayam having flat feet too, using kayano 29 and Brooks Ghost 14 (neutral feet). Brooks ghost causes some discomfort after running while kayano doesn't.
Bought kayano 30 during 10.10. They're more comfortable than 29.

I've been hunting running/training shoes for awhile, i've been eyeing on On-Cloud for a while but the stiffness is still there but aesthetics wise they are good. Aciscs and Hoka are on more to hardcore version no aesthetics

In terms of wearables most accurate general consensus appears to be Corus, Suunto and Garmin. Garmin is supposedly the best as some ppl have independently compared it to actual lab tests
Also how can you Vo2 Max hover fro 27 to 41-43. It usually hovers around a range +/- 1 to 2. Unless covid hits and it might go down alot.
And for a top cyclist like you 41-43 is way beneath your stature. Cyclist actually have higher Vo2 Max than runners
Because that is what i wanted to do since long time ago. Last time join 10KM i got 4th place. Ya it is long time ago and that time i'm slim melim. Now BMI still normal but almost overweight. Just consistently training and just try.

Currently using saucony hurricane 23. Already clock 700km++, surprising it still looks quite new and the thread still there. The thread seems to last longer than my previous kayanos.

Daily trainers i think any shoe would do, but for race day better buy super shoes like the nike alphafly
