game mart on one stop plaza is recommended by many users here..they offer quite good price..last time i check they're selling slim 160gb for rm 1170..

I bought a universal power adapter for Wii (100V-240V) [RM60] and it popped after 10 mins of play. Lightwight and China made. Then I decided to buy ori 240V power adapter and went to JUSCO Queensbay - they stopped selling the original Nintendo Wii, the Wii booth has closed.

Guess I'll have to get a step down transformer after all.

So sorry didn't reply much recently.

For PS3, I went to Mario at the Bukit Jambule Complex Ground Floor and the price is as per below:
1) RM799 for Sony Refurbished Set - Phat and 40GB with controller (can be DS3 or Sixaxis)
2) RM1099 for new set - 160GB

I also saw that Game Galaxy showing the USB-mod / homebrew kit in BJ Complex.

I also asked for Wii upgrade, and it will cost ~RM10 - 50, depends on the Wii condition.

I went to perangin to survey jus now.. based on ur budget n my survey (bout 4 shops i visited), u can go to:

1) Ace Electronic(same floor with Oasis Restaurant) - Full accessories (with 8GB) RM700 (white,black,silver)
2) Game Art (third floor) - Full accessories (forgotten bout the memory card storage,8GB if not mistaken) RM800

Another shop(which i forgotten the name) offer me RM900,dunno y there is rm200 different there.. haha.. For the remaining of the question, i dunno.. Haha..

Base on the price ACE price is really good.

On checking whether the Console is new of use, there are a few ways, but all these are just external checking that could give you a red flag.

1) Usually shops will not mod it until you decided to buy the PSP. Before then, you can look at the packaging, the box, the info when you turn on PSP (the firmware version, battery etc etc)

2) Check for dust and particles on the analog button. This always give you a hint.

3) Scratches at the back.

4) Check whether the box carries the same thing as indicated - color of the PSP, charger, USB etc.

but i heard tat ACE's after sale service not tat good.. need to reconsider again to buy at there.. will be looking for GameTech at BJ as i heard they offering cheap price too.. anyone know where is the exact locatioin of the shop? thanks.. hehe..

I just came back from Marionet. They are selling PSP2006 for RM900++. Not really worth it to buy.

For PSP3000, the price is RM799 with latest spec.
For PSP Go, the price is RM699 with latest spec.

All the price quoted from Marionet, BJ Complex.

You want original disk for both? It will cost you an arm and a leg, even if you managed to find it in Penang.

I think Pbbseller in LYN is selling both these games in the PSP thread.
