A useful tool for whoever whom wants to make a Pokemon or Final Fantasy style 2D Top Down JRPG.

It depends on what you plan to do with it. From what I see, it's good for generating custom sprites quickly by mixing and matching parts. That's it.

It's unfortunate the creator didn't include a feature where one could import custom parts...tho, he did mention a Java version was around, and prolly maybe yet
