Good day.
I have been playing Street Fighter since SFIV, now a casual SF6 player.
I am using Razer Atrox since 2015, the cable connection has become unstable since last year so it is time to get a new fight stick.
Currently I have shortlisted 2 fight sticks - Hori Fight Stick Alpha and Qanba Obsidian 2.
Any comments on the above 2 sticks? I am using it on PC.
Nacon Daijia is a good stick but no one selling it in Malaysia it seems. Is there any shop you know which is selling Nacon Daijia?

I prefer sticks. I find leverless difficult to get used to.

How is your Obsidian stick user experience so far?
Which button is mapped to Start and training position reset on Obsidian stick by default?
Appreciate your replyπŸ™‚

Obsidian 2 = much higher build quality, overpriced however.

Alpha = much easier access if you're the one that mods your parts frequently.

Personally prefer Alpha as I tinker with my lever a lot (K-lever user).

Honestly if you're gonna pay so much for an Obsidian 2, you might as well just order a custom make - https://smartstore.naver.com/asurastick

i have PS3 Mad Catz Street Fighter IV FightStick Tournament Edition (Viewlix layout)
this is a good stick..only the screw start rust which look a bit ugly.
if can get 2nd hand at <half price of alpha also good if just want play on PC.

others i have is PS5 Hori Alpha (Noir layout) & Mayflash F500 Elite (viewlix layout and comes with exchangable square gate)

when put on ur lap.. alpha wins from weight and stability.
TE edition wins from rigidity...

Since u only pick this 2,
easy to explain is

Qanba Obisidian, heavy and expensive
Hori Alpha, cheap and lightweight

Both is good stick,
i own a Hori Alpha now, and i love it so much since is light weight, easy for me to carry out for gathering and tournament.
Easy mod the artwork and the parts.

If you got budget, you can also go find for those 2nd hand old stick from PS3 or PS4, those will be cheaper if you just use on PC.
I pick Hori Alpha is because tournament start using PS5, so i worry my old Hori RAP N not support, so i bought the new stick.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Below is my Hori Alpha, i mod them with
Sanwa Silent JLF + OTTO Diy parts v5, Phreak Mods J-link release, Qanba KT button (New, just install last week, before this i using the Sanwa Silent button v2), Cable sleeve and Artwork design by myself~
