I believe the land is circled in red. (i could be wrong). You may refer to EPF past tenders for details.

And the land could potentially be leasehold too. I read that EPF wanted to sell leasehold lands first as quickly as possible in Kwasa.

This tract of land connected with 2 bridges over sg tambun to the other one where the meteorological station is located was kinda of a hidden mountain biking route. Unfortunately when I last went there couple of months ago earthworks has started with big machines digging up the earth. No more mtb paradise. Hopefully what's to come is replete with plenty of greenery (not just a few shade trees). We are losing so much greenery and until you experience it firsthand how important greenery is (cooling down the environment, reducing urban island heat, preserving watershed etc) we would continue unabated and unsustainable development to the detriment of all. I am not against development - I too love beautiful townships but hopefully developers inject & preserve more greenery, water bodies & biodiversity. Cheers

A lot of mining ponds in this area which connects pulau meranti to cyberjaya. Lingkaran Putrajaya is elevated connecting both areas with 2 or 3 crossings (gravel path). Hopefully ParkCity can connect bike paths to cyberjaya lake gardens and reach an agreement to connect bike paths to SetiaEco Glades. The problem with bike/walking paths is there are confined within each development (understandably so) but if there are connectivity to other communities/development linking one to the other the better it is for bike mobility/alternative modes of transport/biking as a whole.
