This tract of land connected with 2 bridges over sg tambun to the other one where the meteorological station is located was kinda of a hidden mountain biking route. Unfortunately when I last went there couple of months ago earthworks has started with big machines digging up the earth. No more mtb paradise. Hopefully what's to come is replete with plenty of greenery (not just a few shade trees). We are losing so much greenery and until you experience it firsthand how important greenery is (cooling down the environment, reducing urban island heat, preserving watershed etc) we would continue unabated and unsustainable development to the detriment of all. I am not against development - I too love beautiful townships but hopefully developers inject & preserve more greenery, water bodies & biodiversity.
