if you're really planning to take 650 adventure touring bike then i'd recommend to get any full fairing/naked bike you can for now

i started my first bike with Pulsar RS200 and its quite fun to learn cornering with whole body, etc

plus modern bikes now would have riding modes + all other bells and whistles so can adjust throttle responsiveness, etc
