go get the heaviest and cheapest used bike you can lay your hand on and ride/trash the hell out of it. it is painful but big confidence booster.

or like me, get a FZ150i, ride the hell out of it.. adv touring on it until you get bored then retire it to motor pasar and upgrade to big bike. 600cc will be "bah!"....no syok... get >800cc depending on budget.
