Cash advance mean they "borrow" u money, then u used the "borrowed" money & loose all of them then u r responsible to pay back what u hv "borrowed".
This is the zero modal trick used by scammer  |

no need to pay them. Since they don't have your personal info or where you stay. These people are scammers. If you win big they will definitely not pay you. This is base on my own experience so fuck them
