This land is meant for landed (next to it, is Tiara Hills). All the best for the traffic around that area

if i remembered somewhere, this plot of land was planned to be a mixed-use development with a mall.

i'd imagine that would cause alot of opposition against the locals staying there. Plus the existing roads would not suffice to handle additional weight of traffic flow.

Let's see how Sunkway handle it(if and only if Sunkway is to build it).
