if i remembered somewhere, this plot of land was planned to be a mixed-use development with a mall.

there was a thread here about it. forgot where but seems ended up selling even though land already cleared for development

Sunkway tested the market using Alisan.
Yes Sunkway's appetite is not that small.

Now they are confident to develop more at the adjacent land.

Good, sunkway acquired better than other developer lo, especially those only know build highrise and high density bring down the value, at least sunkway will well plan a big land and add value.. awana puri owner now curi ketawa lo

Good that it is a retail podium. With Sunkway grade, retail podium is really a good standard. Can refer to SV2 retail podium.

Good that it is a retail podium. With Sunkway grade, retail podium is really a good standard. Can refer to SV2 retail podium.

Not sure if Sunkway will build the flyover (as in the previous Viva proposal).

Perhaps can pretend a prospect and tell them.

To me from a community perspective, having Sunkway here to develop is way better than the previous Viva...

i'd imagine that would cause alot of opposition against the locals staying there. Plus the existing roads would not suffice to handle additional weight of traffic flow.
