My hardware shop will start e invoice on 1 July 2025, I need some advice for few things ( actually a lot but we start slowly ok?)

hopefully someone with construction & house hold hardware retail E invoice experience or knowledge would help me out
for those without relevant knowledge please be kind to me.

1.Is hardware retail shop compulsory to issue every sales using E invoice?
2.if not then are there any product that is compulsory to issue E invoice?

If i can get accurate answers from the above question then i will know either to use their free portal (the hard way)or
pay for my accounting software to be integrated with E invoice (the easy but maybe costly way).
