if i get AP4 from Malaysia Apple store, can i return it within x days if it doesnt fit my ear?

I know its stated on the site but i never bought one from apple store before nor do i own a pair of airpods

Yes technically u can. But check if online Apple Store bolehland allows it also or not or only limit to physical store at TRX.

it also guarantees for new product launched too.. e.g. if one bought an airpods 3 last week before airpods 4 announced.. and it is within 14 days windows, one can return the airpods 3 and exchange for airpods 4 too.. if price is lowered, can also claim back the difference...

Not really. Previously I bought the iPad mini from Apple Store online and wanted to refund and exchange for other colour. I was told that Apple bolehland online does not have refund policy.

mentioned i am from East Malaysia so no TRX option for me; asked about release date + if engraving the case affect me from returning it just in case my earshape dont fit.

Yes, they should. Even if you can’t go to TRX you can still order it online and return it within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked (assuming you didn’t damage them, obviously). If you’re unsure of fit, always buy directly from Apple. Resellers like Machines and Switch don’t let you test in store and don’t accept fit-related returns.

Been using seveal days, really like this airpods lah. So far most comfortable earbuds i’ve used. ANC works surprisingly well.. seamless integratiom with all the apple ecosystem funtions, something that can’t find on other airbuds. My fav airbuds for now.

Nothing much new with the APP3, the AP4 /w NC however is still the most groundbreaking change in the AirPods line

I hated the OG AirPods, they just lie on the outer ear and easily falls out. Never tried the newer ones, but the AP4 fits really snug, almost like custom in ears without the in ear part which makes it much more comfortable. Even jumping and head swinging doesn't dislodge them from my ears
Plus adding NC? wow that was a big change, isolation almost as good as custom ears now.
SQ is also really good for wireless and for that price (when discounted at RM600+), so unlike all Apple products, the AP4 NC is the most well priced & valued product to me (next to Mac mini)
