this setiawalk location is in an area......
if you wrong time there, sangkut in jam one cos roads CRISS CROSS like some tangled up wired earplugs
plus it's the LDP, one wrong turn and you'll end up in........Dengkil maybe
unless ur from surrounding areas or some fav outlet there, you'd choose it

yeah they got the concept of trees and water feature all good but to maintain customer base........not easy

Last time Setiawalk was one of the first to launch with this condo+mall concept. Now there's quite a few in Puchong with the same concept. There's less reason to go to Setiawalk when there's so many other places with the same theme.

I have seen many poorly designed buildings. But this is, by far, the worst building I have been in. Very complicated layout, slippery tiles in outdoor area, only 1 of 2 lift working, poor maintenance. Bad place for business.
