oh wai..this morning woke up suddenly can access all my streaming site cukur...
but funny thing is i cannot set manual google dns in my windows machine.
i have to set the dns to auto.

I connected my laptop to my phone's hotspot (Digi).

Result: "Useful" sites only blocked if Secure DNS is OFF. If it Secure DNS is ON for my browser, everything can be accessed.
