anyone notice nowadays when we login to check our charge card statement on americanexpress.com.my, it will auto direct us to US AMEX web site and then show " non US card". This is quite troublesome cos sometime we have to type in our login detail twice.

New Gold Credit Card should view the points balance in Maybank2u web site NOT Amex Malaysia. This is confirmed by Amex CS.

Yes, if we all make a call or write to AMEX to show that this promotion is overwhelming , maybe they will consider to extend it? who knows?

Initially 2X MR point for everything, everywhere was a short term promotion but now seem like become permanent already hahah

CS said we will received a letter from them after sometime for comfirmation. mean while, we still have to pay our bills manually.

Just call up to request and they got back to me after few days said that my request has been approved. But till now i still haven't see the fee reversal yet ( yes, i paid already ). I;ve been told it will be appear in next month bill.

That's all...Maybe just lucky enough to have verbal confirmation from them at this moment. hahah... will see.

Now we have Gold and Platinum AMEX credit card available here in Malaysia. Anyone know actually there is blue credit exist in other country? Do you think maybank will launch it in Malaysia one day?

just call up AMEX today and check with the process of auto payment application for AMEX gold credit card, its already approved and will start auto debit next month.

For my case, it took one month. i advise you guys call up AMEX to confirm the status.

Non, but still haven't reflected in my account. I call them up to check, the agent say will call me back on monday for this matter. you better keep an eye on your account too.
