Go to property searching website such as iproperty, key in area, filter the property type to terrace house only, and set the maximum price, then you will know roughly which area is within your budget.

Then you can use google street or direct drive to that area to see what it have nearby, and check how is the fencing and security.

Anyhow, to purchase a landed in Subang jaya, all landed is super old, many are more than 20 years, please prepare at least 100k cash for repair and minor renovation.

No spoon feed, i searching my house also took 2 years plus, from puchong to subang jaya, that is many post also discussing the landed house in Subang Jaya

Subang landed is value for money as of now. PJ landed skyrocketed, Puchong new landed all above 1 mil. Ttdi is reaching 2mil but that's KL address.

So do your due diligence, and don't be late. Sime Darby is hiking subang price now but landed is still lagging behind, many hidden gem.

Unless you want a landed in the glades but that's different league..

pj house skyrocket?dot think so...still can find a 700K house in ss2,but condition very run down, single story, not mistaken is 22x70

agree need 100K on this for refurbish, but nowadys condo also require this, simple touch also need 50-60K already.

New condo normally zero downpayment, and other legal fee and stamp duty etc also free or partially "absorb" by developer. Besides, most new condo are partial furnished, so basically kitchen cabinet is ready, toilet also in good condition, wardrobe also provided , some is just masterroom , some is all rooms, and air cond all ready, nornally just very minor renovation needed, unless you want to renovate like the richman or influencer house.

For subsales landed, downpayment needed , all legal fee and stamp duty needed, for repair only maybe 20k already gone , and normally the tiles also not in good condition, change new tiles or putting vinyl flooring already 40k at least , painting whole house around 10k min, kitcken cabinet also need to change, budget budget do the 6ft size also around 6k, security door is change front and back around 6k, and any other cost such as kitchen extension, car porch and awning redo, toilet retile , autogate etc not yet included. If included furniture, 100 k also not enough.

If want to prepare the cash for purchasing and renovation a 700k subsales landed, at least need to get 200 to 250k cash on hand. I know that is some banks can offer full loan for 1st house buyer, some is higher interest rate, some have limit of the housing price

Normally 700k subsales in subang jaya hardly to find a ready move in unit, that time i do view an unit in USJ 3, size should be 20 x 60 renovated, want to direct move in also no issue because everything still in good condition, maybe just repaint and furniture, owner want to sell @ 890k and i think the house sold out within 3 months because it delisted from the agent after few weeks i viewed.

Yeah, it's a joy when you get almost everything right within budget and the unit is uniquely yours. Might even add value to it.

But for first timer, better do just basic renovation bcos you ain going to get it right the first or 2nd time and you will definitely blow ur budget.

You check brickz every day, you didn't check SS2 location....ah
Median price already RM1.1mil....jor

Yeah, can get single storey for 700k but you'll need to dump at least 200k into it which will make it 900k.
Like that might as well buy Subang Jaya and get a DSLH instead of 1 storey.
If you really want to compare those 2 location....la

Kita Sama² hidup bawah tempurung.

But ya, SS2 has hit above 1 mil. Soke PJ area still can find below 700k for single storey. Premium location but overlooked.

subsale in subang vs PJ not much different la
no need so small gas.

we know you like Subang/USJ most... every other day revive thread to promote the landed house here.
