[WTA] PSU question, 650W enough?

Not enough. I have the 3080 12GB , my 750W Seasonic PSU is barely enough. All 3080/3090 cards have power spikes once in a while . Can eat up 500W+ in split seconds for mine. Lets say your CPU eat up 100W . And your RGB , AIO pumps , fans , HDD ? .. you dont have enough headroom.
