Last year I went to a workshop in Pudu with a T*YO signboard. I brought my own oil filter and engine oil, but the guy charged me RM80 for labor and tried to upsell me brake pads, an aircon filter, and other stuff (total would be RM1k++) Does anyone know a workshop in KL, preferably in Pudu or Setapak, that charges a reasonable labor fee for an oil change? Or even a decent workshop with reasonable prices for all services and maintenance? My Toyota warranty ends soon, so I need to find a new place. I remember paying RM30 for an oil change at another workshop in Pudu, but they stopped offering that oil change HELP ME SAVE MONEY PLS! QUOTE(cempedaklife @ Aug 20 2024, 05:01 PM) wah really ah? i just changed maybe feb this year. still rm30 that time but what's weird is i change atf also and they charge rm40 for that. usually same price with engine oil. i notice one neighbour in condo like that change himself. coz frequently see a bottle of engine oil left at the common area car park rubbish bin. Thanks for the recommendations! Which one did you go during feb this year?

QUOTE(LA773 @ Aug 21 2024, 12:11 PM) They charge by the activity, not by time There's a max limit charge for each type of activity, normally workshops got display a table of the charges, required by the government really? dont think i ever saw any price list displayed on workshops
