Petaling street Yong tau foo is the bestest.

There is one YTF in Puchong that has salted fish added.  It is the used-to-be-popular YTF shop near the former Bintang supermarket.  I think the dad is gone, left his dotter to handle. 
It used to be very popular until there is another famous YTF  fro Batu 10 set up shop at BK3.  Compared to the Bt3, this old shop wins hands down.  Their steamed kembung sambal is addictive and their site fry sweet potato leaves is v v tender and has the taste of lard.  Worth a try.

Anyway, I long for the authentic YTF where the filling is minced pork rather than fish.  Can get this in Shenzhen and sureounding areas.
