Switching jobs in SG as an EP holder

Hi any kind souls has the experience of switch jobs in SG? As far as i know, new company would need reapply for a new EP and the existing one should be canceled. Im kinda in a state where I have 2 possible offer after interview but haven't replied both yet. Will there be an issue if there is 2 companies applying new EP for me at the same time?
