maybe dont comment if u dont know anything about penang bridge. emergency lane is for motorcycle to ride on. it is agreed during lane extension of penang bridge 10 years ago. So motorcycle is riding on its lane, not split lane.

2nd, penang bridge speed is about 70kmh. that motorcycle is not speeding. that white alza slow down and hence make motorcycle looks like he is speeding.
