How is the situation if we want to tambah 1 more pair of lights on the moto these days?

Ok or not for adv bikes since we are going "off road" and "not use" on the roads?

As long as its not factory fitted, JPJ has the right to kacau........

All of us do it, just be aware....

Hi Bro,

Many thanks for the reply.

My idea is to have DRLs on the bike.

May i please check with you what model of lights are you using?
It will be great if you can let me know the supplier as well.

Thanks

See if you lucky or not.

I've gone through both JPJ and pdrm blocks multiple times with both my bikes (dominar D400 and 800NK), with the foglights on or off over a period of 3 years, with the ones on the dominar permanently on all the time as DRLs. So far no problems.

But that said, by law, only factory fitted lights are allowed. Any aftermarket lights has to be blocked off with a blanking plate. (Ie. Off road use only)

Then again, my lights are small and not overly conspicuously bright. If you over do it by having too many or too bright ones, then you are just asking for trouble.

I have mine fitted fairly low on the chassis to achieve the lighting "triangulation" for visibility and not necessarily for lighting up the road, so at eye level they don't glare or look too bright.

If you intend to get additional lights, just make sure you get lights with lenses that give you a proper cut off beam and aim them properly.
